1、將門扇豎起于洞口中各部位調(diào)整至要求尺寸，門扇保持垂直。

2、將上下門軸初步點焊于洞口預埋件及門扇邊梃上，裝配時應保證上下門軸在同一垂線上，否則門扇開關阻力大易損壞門軸，初步點焊后在保證門扇不會傾覆的情況下，試手動開關門扇，應能靈活轉(zhuǎn)動無阻滯，再將門軸焊牢。

3、將電動開門機安裝到位，開門機連桿與門扇聯(lián)結好。將電插銷安裝于門扇邊梃上，調(diào)整至開關門扇后能將門扇鎖住為好。

4、按門型尺寸要求，將門扇中縫及四周密封膠條調(diào)整好，作到門扇關閉時縫隙能被膠條封嚴。
